Why is emotional intelligence important? I am writing dissertation in my master degree. The subject is relationship among emotional intelligence, well-being and job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence is predictor or independent value and job satisfaction is outcome or dependent value. I think that emotional intelligence positively impacts on well-being and there are positively correlation between well-being and job satisfaction, when people have high level of education. Thus, well-being is mediator and education's level is moderator. I am going to conduct quantitive method with survey that is analysed by SPSS. Previous researches conducted to emotional labour such as police officers or nurses, however there are not enough study to office workers.
