We already experienced the industrial revolution. When we developed the machine, it gave advantages and disadvantages to human. One of the most benefits were our product rapidly to increase. As a result, the life of human being has become convenient and comfortable. In contrast, several blue-collar workers lost their jobs because machines replace their jobs. Although some people think that middle-skill workers such as white-collar workers may be lost their jobs since AI  i n the fourth industrial era,  I believe that AI does not replace all of the middle-skill jobs. Why is emotional intelligence important? I am writing dissertation in my master degree. The subject is relationship among emotional intelligence, well-being and job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence is predictor or independent value and job satisfaction is outcome or dependent value. I think that emotional intelligence positively impacts on well-being and there are positively correlation between well-being and job satisfaction, when people have high level of education. Thus, well-being is mediator and education's level is moderator. I am going to conduct quantitive method with survey that is analysed by SPSS.
