There are several reasons for people to study IELTS. In my case, I want initially to live an English based country because I always hope to broaden the horizon with various experiences. I  thought about how I can get a qualification. Firstly, I should get IELTS's score to apply immigration because I proof my English skills. It was my first reason to study IELTS. Before I think immigration, I never know IELTS and I only know TOEFL. In Korea, a majority of people study TOEFL or TOEIC, not IELTS.  What is IELTS? Why is emotional intelligence important? I am writing dissertation in my master degree. The subject is relationship among emotional intelligence, well-being and job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence is predictor or independent value and job satisfaction is outcome or dependent value. I think that emotional intelligence positively impacts on well-being and there are positively correlation between well-being and job satisfaction, when people have high level of education.
