Why is emotional intelligence important? I am writing dissertation in my master degree. The subject is relationship among emotional intelligence, well-being and job satisfaction. Emotional intelligence is predictor or independent value and job satisfaction is outcome or dependent value. I think that emotional intelligence positively impacts on well-being and there are positively correlation between well-being and job satisfaction, when people have high level of education.
